Say, "If you should love Allah, then follow me, Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." Ali 'Imran (3:31)
The Prophet Muhammad is a symbol of Islam, the celebration of his birthday is an event which fills the whole world with praises and joy.
"Indeed, Allah confers blessing upon the Prophet, and His angels. O you who have believed, ask blessing upon him and ask peace." Al-Ahzab (33:57)
Let's gather together in remembrance to the righteous examples the Messenger of God has given to us, Insha Allah, may we always be mindful of our duty to God and remaining in obedience to his messengers;
Isa (Jesus) said, "And confirming what was before me of the Taurat (Torah) and to make lawful for you some of what was forbidden to you. And I have come to you with a sign from your Lord, so fear Allah and obey me." Ali 'Imran (3:50)

For all the insnity perpetrated by violent claimants of either Abrahamic religion, the truth is unchanged. Muhammad was a prophet and as good a man as any other mortal, flawed figure in scripture. His is still a legacy worth celebrating.
