Having a body ache is frustrating. It disrupts our daily activities and gets us into bad shape and bad mood. Frequently, we just lay in bed and do nothing because we feel uneasy moving around.

I was 20 when I first took myself to a therapeutic massage. It was undeniably ticklish and I was loud enough to make the therapist burst into laughter onto the sound of my chuckles. For over 2years now, my friends and I have been going to different kinds of massage styles and locations now once or even twice a week. Before I share how slacken we felt after the massage, here is an overview:

What is massage?

Massage is a general term for pressing, rubbing and manipulating your skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments. Massage may range from light stroking to deep pressure. There are many different types of massage, including these common types:
