Stan Lee's passing is definitely the end of an era. Living to be nearly 96 years old—that's a long time—and he was pretty active up until the last year or so. I know there are disputes about this or that about him, but I'm not privy to any of that. I just know that he was largely responsible for making Marvel Comics into what they are today, and was the hero behind the heroes that so many of us looked up to and read about during our youth.

This is a great tribute to him. I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

I only hope that Marvel, through the comics, the movies, and other properties, can live up to the legacy of stories and characters he leaves behind, and that others used to build up from. The movies have done a very good job in my estimation. May it continue.
