Martial arts got a huge number of styles it often involves fighting techniques or some people use it for self defense or even for physical fitness some have designed martial arts forms to lose weight. But among this things the most important value it instill us is the discipline. Martial arts originated in the ancient culture of Asia. Most people get involve with it for various reasons some for combat or fighting skills, others join for physical and some for spiritual growth.
