The Single Kingdom

Are you single? Good, me too. Rejoice, we're the majority now! Social scientists, economists, psychologists and journalists are devoting significant research time to this phenomenon. Read "The New Science of Single People" here. More research is fantastic as experts routinely help dispel the stigma and lies surrounding singledom. Here are the highlights of what I've learned so far:

* Women face the brunt of this stigma, especially in places like China, where sexist and family-oriented norms are strong.

* People's decision to remain single will shape our society for decades to come. This will especially be visible in the areas of economy and housing (more tiny home villages and less McMansions?).
