RE: Marriage is crazything
Thank you @joshuaetim nim
'nim' is a Korean word that is used in a similar meaning to English sir.
In your wonderful comment I wanted to call you up.
I am 20 years of marriage
I posted on the hopes that others would enjoy a happy marriage like myself.
Thanks to many people who read my posts and commented like you.
My English is not good.
However, it is fun to read and talk in spoken English even if it is inadequate.
I'm happy I've learnt a new word today, "nim" and a Korean word at that. I admire your honesty, I'm also a non-native speaker of English language, so we owe each other no apology if our English is a bit less proficient, hahaha. We've tried as non-native speakers.
20 years of marriage is a significant milestone. I was barely 4 years old when you got married, there's so much for one to learn from your wealth of experience in marriage so far, well done.
I hope to visit Korea one day when I have the opportunity, and the first word I'll speak when I get there will be "nim", it was a privilege to learn this one from you today.
Thank you @sochul.
My friend @joshuaetim
You know the meaning of Korean 'nim' through me
I am very happy to say that I will use it when I visit Korea.
