25 New 'Certified Uloggers', Each Sent 50 MARLIANS & Awesome Things That You Didn't Know About 'Certified Uloggers'. Get 'Certified'!
We have more certified uloggers onboard and we have sent each of them '50 MARLIANS'. We have a total of '25' more have become certified in the past 4-days and this is giant. Our entire ecosystem builds around them and as this number grows, our ecosystem becomes more solid, "a home".
We want to build around 'true fans'. We want to be 'true fans' of our 'true fans'. This way, we can all be 'true celebrities.

One of the steps involved in becoming a 'certified ulogger' is "ulogging". You can thus, start your journey to getting 'certified' by reading this 'slim-guide for ulogging'.
Certfied uloggers have 'a label' beside their profiles that identifies them across 'marlians.com', so please look up to them and look to support them too, via engagement and curation.
If you have noticed, each tag-space now has a header and over the course of time, respective tags will have a theme and overseers, comprising of 'certified uloggers' only.

The process of getting certified didn't just start with marlians.com. All projects under the Teardrops ecosystem, namely 'ulogs.org', 'steemgigs.org', 'macrohard.pro' and the recent 'marlians.com', are all built around a 'grey-list of certified uloggers'.
So, did you know that when you are a 'certified ulogger', you have 'each of our innovation/enterprise' and 'an entire ecosystem' modeled to promote you and your noble dreams? Did you know that 'all algorithms' are written 'fresh' to accomplish the above?
For instance, did you know that you already have some exclusive UI-perks on 'ulogs.org' & 'steemgigs.org' alike?

Now there are many sides to 'ulogs.org' that still being built e.g 'as seen on ulogs.org/grow' or 'as seen on our GitHub here' posed bring 'certified uloggers' to further limelight, emanating 'owners'; and much of this began way before 'marlians.com'.

And how about the 'current state' on marlians.com for 'certified uloggers'?
Speaking of sharing 'even our limited resources', that didn't just start. I haven't slept for years.
Yes, that didn't just start; 'marlians.com' just continues what has existed. We now have some 600K SPORTS staked on '@marlians.sports', some 10K CREATIVECOIN staked on '@marlians.ccc' and some 100K AAA staked on '@marlians.aaa' focused primarily on our 'growing grey-list of 'certified uloggers'.
We also have 100K SPT staked on @surpassinggoogle for 'certified uloggers'; since SPT doesn't have the delegation function enabled yet.
We aren't out to use curation to merely distribute 'rewards', for blockchain itself will fade if 'reward-distribution' becomes its primary use.
We will use this curation especially to target 'real human growth'. Certified uloggers are 'owners' and should be abreast with all aspects of our ecosystem and movement even as 'true fans' and we will apply curation to initiate this, with keen interest on 'the human'.

Step 2: Do a 'ulog' via 'marlians.com' discussing the process of 'how you became a certified ulogger'. Make sure to use '#ulog'.
Step 3: Subscribe to 'UloggersTV YouTube'.
Step 4: Fill up this google form.

I'd consider doing this if you send me 5,000 steem. I dont Consider that bribery... It's called advertising...
No worries if you pass. It was meant to be that way. Money is the smaller things. Not everyone had to pay 5 steem to get certified. And for many I gave the amount for them to get certified. For the general public there has to be hurdles to curb on numbers. Where everyone is certified at once it will be unmanageable. So it was meant to be that way and many will pass. There is context to it and much more on that post than the label part you picked. It is very optional. I don’t have 5000 steem but when I get on pc I will send what I have.

No worries. When it is better built I will show you. That post is just one post. There are several posts preceding that covering the same thing. That is why is hard to understand but there are screenshots on there that explains a bit. Perhaps the titled ‘certified’ is where is mix is. It is not like certfied to be ulogger. Everyone is ulogger. It is more like a ‘check’ that helps others identify you on our sites as a core part of the ecosystem. There are extra perks. When I left you a URL, another intention was to show you that those who post on #ulog are also earning marlians tokens on the marlians tribe. This you may not know. Apart from labels the screenshots shows ui-perks that will be available to those with the ‘certified’ check. These ones we have a close knit group where we at least share even the limited resources and this has happen for sometime now even before the check which is possible on the site. We want part of the community that we have come to know, can reference and who know all aspects of the ecosystem and have come to love what it represents. The label thus isn’t just a label but instead of labels like ‘steemit team’ or a few ‘moderators’ we have a more general one that involves many more people. Curation those becomes a joint effort and it becomes easier to curate these ones too. For instance since tribes, apart from marlians, also got and staked coins from other tribes and curate with these too but curate everyone with tokens apart from the marlians tribe which ofcourse is limited, those other staked coins focuses primarily on a growing list of certified ones. Now speaking of communities, we won’t have anyone be pushed on the site itself as ‘overseers’ of a tag, so we have ‘certified’ ones. Where we have a marketplace, we also want part of the community that we have come to know hence the steps for getting certified. There are hurdles in it that may deter those who are so ready yet. As for the amount I don’t talk of that. Those who are ready can get certified even without the money part. It isn’t about the money. For the 5 steem in itself, those who paid have got 50 marlians and vote on their intro ulog too and support however small even before that and when it comes to opportunities etc across the site and in real life, we reference these ones first cos we have come to know them. We want a solid base, a home and a family that moves together so that success isn’t about bulls or bears but about us, humans. At the same time, I don’t build too much on perks. I say it is very-optional. I explain here cos you have been ulogging for a long time and you are long time on steem. As a person, I haven’t slept for years. And with limited knowledge and resources etc I think of each one and push and build however small and so far all the models for ulogs.org, steemgigs.org, marlians.com, macrohard.pro and teardrops.network is set and building. So that label isn’t just a label. It is a feature and a perk. If you say ‘certified’ nothing, well it isn’t nothing to me.
