Your Most Valuable Marketing Assets
You may not consider yourself a marketer or salesperson, but if you own or work in a small business, you can rethink. When you run your own company, whether you like it or not, whether you think you're good at it or not, you're a marketer and salesperson.

I still tell my marketing clients and others who attend my numerous marketing presentations that your mindset and conviction are your two most important assets. When these are optimistic and manifest themselves in your marketing and sales efforts, your performance will skyrocket.
Attitude: Be enthusiastic and passionate about the marketplace value proposition. You understand that the services you provide will make a difference and have an effect on your customers. When it comes to your own marketing, you'll become more appealing to potential customers if you feel good about yourself and have self-confidence because you're doing it for the benefit of your clients.
Belief: You don't need a marketing degree to get fantastic marketing results. However, you must have faith in yourself and your behavior. It's what I refer to as a self-fulfilling prophecy. If you think you can't do anything, you're right – you won't. On the other hand, you can succeed if you believe you can learn what it takes to improve your marketing performance.
If you keep pursuing your company and small business marketing with a positive outlook and the confidence that you will succeed, you'll finally figure out what works best for you. You'll learn how to use marketing techniques and methods to start gaining interest and getting in new clients on a regular basis! I'm aware of this because it's happening to me.
