Marketing Manager to grow and manage 3x Job Boards

We run a number of job boards in the not for profit, retail/hospitality, and fitness sectors.

These job boards are built using 'off the shelf' jobboard.io and jboard.io SaaS platforms.

We are looking for someone to take ownership of the sales and growth of these job boards.

Marketing

• Coordinate pay per click digital marketing campaigns across FB/IG and Google
• Set up job board platforms, branding/themes etc.
• Drive employer and candidate traffic to the job boards.
• Suggest and manage ad budgets to grow the platforms

Sales

• Send emails, and perform outreach to employers promoting the job boards, and encouraging them to post on our platforms

• Report on and grow the number of employers posting on the platform, and the number of applicants applying to jobs.
