Telling the story is quite essential. Just like you said. Stories "sell" as I was told many times.
However I believe that nothing works as good as building emotional connection with your audience. This is surely more complicated and challenging.

I just wanted to point out, that your website seem to have some problem. I've tried to send some message via your contact form and I received this alert:

Also I'm not sure if STEEM blockchain is the best place to market companies like Red lion - after all this business have very little to do with steem and it's also not online business, so getting extra visibility here will not turn into any sort of revenue. That's at least my impression.
