Or the cause of cracked feet are hormonal failures.
To get your heels in good shape, you need a lot of patience and desire. Carry out a variety of procedures for the legs preferably in beauty salons. Highly qualified pedicure masters will help you achieve the desired result by making your legs as smooth as a baby's. But, if you do not have time and money to go to beauty salons, you can look at the appearance of your feet and at home:

  1. Mix the egg yolk with a teaspoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of potato starch. Apply the mixture to the steamed heels, hold until dry to "crust", rinse with warm water and grease the heels with fat cream
  2. Take a leaf of aloe more posochnee, grind it (grind), put the pulp on problematic places, cover with polyethylene and top put on cotton socks. This compress at night
  3. Half a bulb and cabbage leaves (1: 1) chop, mix with grated cooked potatoes (to be warm), take two bags - for each leg, live there mixture and put your feet in bags. We sit, watch the movie. In the morning remove the remains of onions, carefully rub the heels with pumice and grease with a fat cream, rubbing it in circular motions. It is enough only 2-3 such procedures, and the skin on the heels will become tender and smooth.
  5. Hardened skin on the heels can be mitigated, if you put on the heels of a mask of fresh zucchini. Zucchini finely cut, overlay on cheesecloth and attach to the heels for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water and grease with a thick nourishing cream. Do this mask once a week, and the skin on your heels will be like a tender rose petals.
  6. You probably know about the unique healing properties of green tea. To bring the heels to a decent appearance in days, make them smooth and tender, try making a mask with green tea and lemon. Peel the zest for the gruel and mix with the brewed green tea leaves. It is desirable that the mixture is warm, put it on feet, wrap it with polyethylene, and wear socks.
  7. Fresh celandine grind, apply a compress on the feet, wrap with polyethylene, on top of the socks and sleep. Hardened skin, then do not even scrape off - the usual washcloth is removed, I had one such procedure to make my heels look prettier.
  8. On the steamed heels rub the mixture - coffee (you can ground, but preferably the coffee grounds) + sour cream + kefir + honey. Hold all this on the skin for 15 minutes, wash it off. Then smear the heels with lanolin (in the prescription department in the pharmacy is sold), on top of cellophane and socks. And sleep.
