Tolerance Breaks-4/20 Method
What's going on you Steemy Stoners, Educated Stoner back to talk about what else? More pot stuff.
Today I want to talk about tolerance breaks, that one time you either don't have enough money to smoke or simply need to reset you Endocannabinoid System (ECS) to get those fluttery feelings once again. A tolerance break is exactly what it sounds like, a break you take from the sweet green stuff so your resistance to the drug goes down. Thankfully since we aren't crackheads this an option for marijuana users.
I don't take tolerance breaks nearly often enough, I'd probably save a shit ton of money if I did. But, I digress. I have a plan for tolerance breaks that I've outlined it on the main site. I'll give you quick version here. Now if only I followed my own guidance. Do as I say not as I do, right?
The 4/20 Method
The 4/20 method is a way of ensuring you regularly take breaks keeping your ECS in check. For every 20 days of smoking (or your preferred method of consumption) you take 4 days off. Four days may not seem like a lot, or maybe it does, but I believe that is enough time to significantly lower tolerance.
Now to make the most out of those four days off you need to be in full detox mode, well you probably don't need to, but it helps. I do things like drink lots of water, a bit of cardio to sweat it out, imagine you just found out you've got a piss test on Monday. The reason I think it's so important to detox is because you can't truly T-break if there is still residual cannabinoids in your body. The faster you get it all out the lower your tolerance will be at the end, and we all know what a renewed tolerance means; getting really fucking stoned our first smoke back. Hope this info was useful, toke on Stoners ✌
