Mandalas and Geometry

So as my second publication, I wanted to show you fellow Steemians some of my old mandalas. These were created using nothing but a compass, pencil, ruler, pen and camera effects. A mandala (Sanskrit: lit, circle) is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism, representing the universe. Mandalas tend to give one an aspect of understanding on how infinite creation might be from simple maths.

To further understand concepts within drawing mandalas, one should study sacred geometry and its applications in nature and science. It is really an interesting and gripping subject to delve into and I thoroughly suggest that you pick up mandala drawing as a hobby.
