Realestate is Costly why not own some virtual real estate?

Real estate in 2017 was huge! Houses were being bought for over asking, sometimes even double over asking. Hundreds of thousands of dollars spent when the market was in its prime!

So if you did not have 500k laying around than I have a second option for you. You need to ask yourself two questions;

1.Do you like crypto?

2. Do you have more than $150.00 USD

Today I want to go into what #Decentraland or #mana $mana is, where you can find it, how you can use it and what they are doing going forward. This will show you how you can get your hands on some real estate, some -virtual- real estate!

First off, can I say that the name reminds me of Germany or the German name for Germany, Deutchland

Where can you find Decentraland?

So that's where you can buy it and trade it with trading pairs on these exchanges are Ethereum and Bitcoin.

What is Decentraland?

Decentraland calls them selves a, "virtual reality platform powered by the Ethereum blockchain. Users can create, experience, and monetize content and applications"

Their website goes on further to talk about what you can do on their Etheruem based platform,

So you can own property, do what you want with it all from the comfort of your own couch! How cool is that!?

This is more than just a token it makes it possible to grow your own virtual empire.

And instead of some greedy centralized organization that makes all the money from you, makes you spend all your money on their platform and uses your content to fill their pockets. This is giving power back to the users.

This is one of the few current cryptocurrencies that has a use for their token right now. Its what will drive the Decentraland Economy.

Where are they going and where have they been?

Their Road map...

So their first virtual world was modeled in June 2015! They called this the STONE AGE

March 2017 They modeled the First 3D world. This they called the BRONZE AGE

Next up is the IRON AGE their web page lays it out as, "Iron Age
add's multiplayer support with avatars and live chat. Allow custom items and scripting on the land you own."

So a virtual world where you can buy parcels of land that are

"10m x 10m, or 33ft x 33ft. You can build upwards without any limits."

They have also made the land scarce. How much does it cost to buy a plot of land?

Well that will cost you 1000 MANA or around $150.00 USD with current prices around 0.15 USD

Overall, VR is going to be huge going forward. Decentraland is on the right track. And only has been working on this for a few years. Please be patient it takes years for tech to develop.
