But to me, some possible narratives that cam gain traction in the up coming year include environmental conservation and climate change, social justice and inequality, mental health awareness, and advancements in technology and artificial intelligence. the narrative that grows the most will likely be influenced by shifts in public perception and priorities.
What risks come with focusing too much on narratives in trading?
✅BIASED DECISION MAKING: When putting too much interest on narratives, there may become biased in their decision making, relaxing on subjective views rather than objective data or analysis.
✅ IGNORING FUNDAMENTALS: solely relying on narratives can cause traders to be snubbing important fundamental factors that has effect in the market, e.g economic indicators, company financials, and industry trends.
