• Dai

  • propose vow change which will use sai-style liquidation at feed if the feed is available, possibly with its own rate limits. Auctions are still the backstop and critical to be resilient against feed failure

• Clarify prior proposal about MKR stopgap order contract thing: Nikolai argues against ever having an "emergency fund" as part of "dai stablecoin system core". There are a few "best ways" to do it and each have problems while not actually being fundamentally safer because it should simply get priced into MKR
