When you start a business, and when you run your business, so often we focus on making money. There's a layer that is missing from this quote.

People cringe at the word budgeting, but everyone budgets, most people let random decisions take over theirs... If you have $2000 a month, you spend it blindly, at the end of the month, you live the consequences of that spending, the amount that is left is what it is. A budget makes sure you spend on what matters to YOU.
