Make A Difference

There is no doubt that technological advancements and other changes in the world have brought great benefits to humanity. Unfortunately , they have also introduced series of moral decadence and catastrophes to our modern society .
Today, in the name of fashion, people wear clothes that reveal sensitive parts o their bodies. The media glamourizes lewdness, wordliness, violence, drug addiction, alcoholism, pornography,defiant behavior etc.
Sadly too, homosexuality and lesbianism have become the other of the day , Gay right is now a major political issue while same sex marriage has been legalized in some countries of the world. Apart from same sex marriage, our permissive society also allows other unions such as trial marriage, internet marriage ; and even marriage between human being and pet. Divorce and re-marriage are fast becoming trendy among us.

What about examination malpractice mostly occasioned by the drastic decline in the student's reading culture and deteriorising academic climate ?
Students would prefer to socialize with friends on social media rather than studying. We often hear of high school students hiring mercenaries to write final school examination for them. The list of evil and moral perversion in our present society is endless, what about the rate at which rape also increases.
All over the continent, thousands of people die everyday due to weather and environmental factors like earthquake
, Ebola , air ,water ,global warming and natural disasters like tsunami and flood. Many simply watch the pathetic situation unperturbed while some grumble and complain, as if that is sufficient.

One person can make a difference also by rising up and do something urgently
