In my opinion, it's a nice coin to trade as it moves sideways and has a potential to explode (or not).
As my portfolio is overbalanced with Steem, today I transformed 500 Steem into 3500+ MaidSafeCoins and think will add some more when Steem goes up more.

I haven't idea for maidsafe coin. But after looked trading and movement chart I think it would be some profitable. Better decision you've got to transfer steem to maid coins.
I transformed 10% of my STEEM into MAID. Let's see what happens.
