Lymphatic Massage Experience

I have been having terrible sinus issues and allergies. So, I just had my first lymphatic massage. This is when a massage therapist performs a gentle massage that drains the lymphoid fluids. Supposably a detox of some sort. I had a 60 minute treatment. She said that I would pass the waste liquids through my urine, bowels, and sweat. She instructed me to go home and take an Epson Salt bath and drink lots of water. Hopefully I will fell better tomorrow. We will see?
