Welcome to the latest progress update! We’re excited to share with you what we’ve been working on. The Invitation-only Alpha is almost ready for launch. Most of the technical design has materialized, and the frontend interface looks cleaner and more performant than ever. We’re currently smoothing out the application build process on our private testnet in preparation for deployment on the Mainnet.
A major obstacle our engineering team has long discussed is how to upgrade contracts on the Mainnet. We’re happy to report that we’ve successfully overcome this obstacle. Our upgrade process for the contracts will involve separating the data from functionality, thereby creating a seamless upgrade experience for users.
The primary goal of the private alpha will be to establish a solid technical foundation on which to iterate. We’ve implemented a peer review system with basic mechanics, but we plan to upgrade it to an even more sophisticated system in the Interstellar release.
The peer review system features an intuitive proofread interface, which includes the option of showing or hiding markup.
