Lucid dreams Methods

Hi! I started having lucid dreams about 3 years ago after seeing a video on youtube where important people in history who practiced lucid dreaming. I tried for 2 months using this methods:

.- Reality check ( this consists This consists of testing whether you are awake or not during the day,
the easiest way is to try to change the objects in color, I would normally try to change the wall to a highlight color to notice the change. Over time you get used to it, so sooner or later during a dream you will do it, and you will notice the color change so you will realize that you are in a lucid dream).

.-write down your dreams with details ( Once you wake up, do not move and try to remember your dream in as much detail as possible, once you do that write it down on a sheet or on your cell phone, do this every morning and you will notice that you quickly begin to remember all the dreams with too many details).

.-set an alarm in the middle of the night (If you do this, you will wake up briefly just to turn off the alarm and go back to sleep, but once you wake up your mind is more alert so it will notice that you fell asleep and you can start your lucid dream)

With these simple methods I managed to have lucid dreams without any previous experience, since that moment I have not stopped having and reached the point that if I want to have I have, if I do not want to have I do not have, I no longer need to use any technique since I perfected them.
