What loyalty means

There are no two definitions to loyalty. Its either you're in or out. Loyalty sees beyond human vulnerability, it sees beyond shortcomings to something much more greater.

Its an allegiance ; it a holding on to a cause or person
Loyalty is standing through thick and thin, even when human nature makes a mockery of reputation.

You cannot be loyal and join the bandwagon of critics.
You cannot be loyal and not be submissive.
Loyalty cut across religious, political, family and social settings.
Sometimes, it makes look stupid before many.

However, loyalty, it doesn't means you cannot advice your superior, but in the public, you have defend his cause.
