Thinking of the first time we met
Thought I saw colours all over you
Thought I met an angel in human form
How was i to know,
That one day you all break my heart.

All the things you said you ll never be,
At the end you became worst than you said.
I ignored the signs believing you ll change
But I was wrong again
Another mistake, why the betrayal?

What did I not give to make you happy
I gave up my own self, just to be free with you
Is it the way you smile or the way you touch me
That swept off my feet?
Maybe if it's too good to be true, it shouldn't be trusted.
