  • I have the desire to enrich the emotional ties that bind us to our partners and maintain a positive dynamic.

The challenge that I embark on today is in this perspective. It consists of carrying out every day, for 30 days, an action to promote this positive spiral.

  • When you decide to embark on this challenge, the main objective is to create a positive dynamic in your relationship. A chain reaction to transform your sentimental relationship little by little. The fact of dedicating each day time and energy to your partner is interesting in several points. I will share my reflection to better understand the course of the challenge and the benefits that it entails (in any case for me).

  • Increase your commitment to make a habit of thinking about your relationship. For better or for worse, you think about it. Redirect your attention to your relationship. From there, the desire to improve and give him the means to get there increases.

    Do you want to grow personally and as a partner in the couple?

  • Get out of your usual routine: your partner becomes a laboratory of experiences. You face new situations, you live new experiences, you spend time together, you play more. All this brings you closer and naturally creates greater physical and emotional intimacy between you. Regularly leave your comfort zone, you learn a lot about your partner about their fears, their beliefs, their aspirations, their attitude towards events, etc. Your partner is literally driven by this accelerated learning.

  • Keep in mind the essentials: during the challenge, you also move a little away from the conflicts that may arise between you and him / her. You realize that the important thing is not to win the conversation, but to NOT get out of your way. He prefers to save the moment instead of keeping his pride. The challenge acts as a positive pressure on your relationship. It does not want to fail, so it avoids aggravating the situation. More than usual, try to reconcile with your partner.

In my opinion, the real challenge lies in the commitment I make in my relationship. He becomes THE important part of my life. I believe that commitment is one of the keys to live happily together. Each problem has its solution, but it requires questioning and applying methods that work.

  • You can not expect to live life only from dreams, without giving yourself the means to make them come true. It's a bit like expecting a great professional career without working hard to get it.

I would like to add that all couples are different and that I have voluntarily chosen activities that "work" for mine. My relationship, like yours, is unique. It is based on your education, your experience, your aspirations and those of your partner.

You can not do the same things and expect to get different results. You must find what works for you. However, I wanted to present accessible activities to show you that they are enough to enrich you and grow in your relationship.
