A Thing Called Love

Love is the most common topic used everyday by everyone in every way. For me, it is some kind of a pathetic feeling, ignored by some. Some people treat this as "past-time" where their objective is to make you fall in love and then later on, break you. It makes someone cry out loud for experiencing so much pain. But no matter how cliche, pathetic love is, we can't deny the fact that falling in love or loving someone will always be the best feeling. Through this feeling, it will make you feel special, stronger and happier. It is the reason why we are still alive and breathing.

Love is the very reason why Jesus surrendered his life for us. He was crucified to pay for our sins. Can you imagine how powerful love is? It is the very reason why we live. Without it, no one could live today. Without our parent's love, they will never waste any efforts on taking care of us, or even took good care of you in their wombs. Why would they even bother tiring themselves for someone they do not value. Makes sense right?

Love isn't just about those cliche thingy of kissing, hugging, cuddling, worshiping or trusting. It is obviously more than that. Love is also about appreciating, caring, respecting and most especially, giving even without expecting anything in return. Love is precious, genuine, it is actually something that gives us reason to live and everlasting happiness. It is something that is worth the pain and tears. Love is sacrifice and should be sincere.

So no matter what circumstances we are feeling at the moment, whether we feel down or it seems like no one else is there for us. If you feel like you need someone to talk to. If you feel like you are lost. Always remember that we all have someone to run to. And keep in mind that you are loved.
