• لا تقدم لها الحلول والاقترحات دون معرفة سبب المشكلة الاصلي وتفهمة جيدا 
• التقدير بين الطرفين سواء في اعمال المنزل ورعاية الاطفال او العمل فلابد انا يعرف كل طرف ان الاخر متعب ويبزل جهد كبيرة من اجل المسؤلية 
• حرية التعبير علي المخاوف بين الطرفين والصراحة المطلقة في التحدث بينهم عن اهم المخاوف 
• النقاش والعلاقة لها طرفين فلابد من الاحترام تبادل وجهات النظر بينهم والتوصل الي حل مرضي للطرفين
