Even though your emotions are out of control and you want to vent all, but you have to be patient and listen, actually listening is better than taking your own conclusions and act badly. Listening will give you a chance to think clearly, rather than act on your emotions.
Although the quarrels was painful, but you have to be patient in facing it, hold your emotions and try to understand your lover, maybe what she did and said was true. If what she said was wrong, then you don't interrupted and yell at her, you just have to fix it when she has finished talking, persuade her and try to relented, so this quarrels finished well.
Actually the quarrels could finished well, provided that in a relationship there is a sense of mutual concern and didn't want to destroy the relationships that had been built together, because they know that the relationship that has been painstakingly built cannot be destroyed only with a small problem. So, patience and listening are better for quarrels and relented is also a better way to overcome the quarrels, because the quarrels will be over with love instead of hatred.
