As the tides change and you start a new chapter in life, what better time to explore what you love.

Here’s 12 things I love most in this world. Be it food, drink, people, things, places… anything. It doesn’t matter how small. These are things that bring me joy, make me laugh and smile, and warm my heart.............

1. A nice hot cup of tea is the cure to almost anything – and a biscuit, preferably shortbread
2. A good, strong handshake.
3. Working with people I can learn from.
4. Reconnecting with people after many years apart.
5. Chocolate ice cream
6. The moon and stars on a cloudless night. 7. Writing / blogging (when I have the time!).... 8. Big, long, heartfelt bear hugs
7. Music that touches the heart and soul.
8. Relaxing, which could also be interpreted as laziness.
9. Reminiscing over old photographs.
10. My family. We’re a crazy, loveable bunch.....
