Spread Love to Others- Even People you don’t like

I believe that kindness must be practiced whenever possible.

When you look at the world today, you can clearly see that there is SO, SO, SO much suffering going on. Every single day, people face issues of unemployment, relationship problems, emotional turmoil, financial issues, and the list goes on and on.

In order to make a world a more loving place, despite all of these tragedies, we should spread love and kindness to everyone around us.

This means to smile at a stranger who seems to be having a bad day, or to help out a friend when it could seem like an inconvenience for us. Random acts of kindness like this could make someone’s day when we don’t even know it.

In addition, when we are kind to others, we feel better about ourselves. We, as living and feeling individuals get a warm, fuzzy, feeling every time we make others happy, that nothing else can really replace.

Contrary to what some people say, I believe that it is a good idea to be kind to those who are not nice to us. Although it’s natural to get angry at the people who are rude, just think about how much suffering and confusion must be going on in their mind when they hurt us. They are likely very lost in life, and our compassionate actions could remind them that the world is filled with hope and joy, despite their misfortunes.

By giving love to everyone around us, we will be encouraging others to do the same, eventually making the world a better place.
