Love and Romance

The most amazing feeling in the world is knowing that God loves you and having Him show you just how much. Ever wondered why after your quiet times with God you come out feeling extremely joyful? Wonder no more! Love is the answer. In those quiet moments with Him, God opens our heart to the knowledge of who He is, how much He wants us and how much He loves us. When it comes to love, it's all one great romance with God(according to author Ted Dekker). He just fills your heart with all these feelings of love, telling you how special you are to Him until you become so overwhelmed by love. In those moments, I actually start smiling sheepishly all alone. Having God romance you is the best thing you could ever experience but then why not? After all God is Love and it therefore makes perfect sense that He should be the King of romance. I pray today that every believer out there will experience love and romance from the King of hearts.
