Love falls apart

It started smoothly, got on well but couldn't last long. People saw it and wished they had it others thought and wished they can have either of us but as beautiful as it looked, it was not ending well. A beautiful love story came to an unexpected end because the expenditure of another was bigger than the income of the partner. Now i wonder was it love from the start or the idea of money being involved that started the relationship???
