This is so deep and true, I see myself reflected here as if you had written this post just for me!
This week I would like to shower myself with all the advice! Maybe those around me will breathe a sigh of relief.
Wow, how wonderful! :) I know I often have to take my own advice on this one, it's a work in progress for many of us, but once we see it like this then it's easier to catch ourselves in the act!
