Rules for BetGames Steem Lottery!
For every 20 Steem we receive, a payout of 12 Steem will be made to Winner and rest of the 6 Steem will be used to rent the SP so that we can grow our upvote and give you bigger upvotes and 2 Steem will be used for operational expense.
The lottery numbers are from 1 to 20 and you have to pick your favorite number between 1 and 20 and send that number in the memo along with 1 Steem to @betgames. If you pick a number which was already picked by someone else for current round then your pick will be moved to next round and won't be considered for current round.
You can pick multiple numbers, However, every number you pick will need to be sent with a steem. That is, one steem per one lottery number.
if you want to pick the number 14, then you can send the steem in the following way with Lottery # 14 as Memo.
You are also welcome to send SBD's, However the payout will be 12 Steem for the winner irrespective of you send SBD or Steem.
We will announce the list of winning number for 10 rounds in advance as a SHA256 Hash of the number along with a prefixed random string.

Every round ends when all 20 numbers are picked and the winner will be annouced

I still haven't seen any upvotes since your answer here.
I realize you say you're prioritizing people who are actively playing. (I didn't know that's how it would work when I made the bets, but okay.)
But there comes a point where I have to wonder if actually you just aren't good for it or ever intending to.
(I'll live without the 10SBD or whatever is owed to me, but I tend to wonder if your service is sustainable, and if you seem like you're not doing what you say you'll do.. for the protection of others I'm not going to just ignore it.)

We are doing what is needed to sustain this to as long as possible. We have explained this in the beginning and we keep explaining this on our discord as well.
It is completely users wish whether to participate or not, we don't force anyone. We aren't printing money here, we never cashed out a single penny. We always offered more than what anyone offered. This not being a whale is making this process of upvoting longer.
Again, we don't force anyone to play. We are not a whale. We are a minnow who came up with a good business model to support other minnow. However, as there is a saying "Rich becomes richer, poor becomes poorer", We have invested time and money, but yes we aren't able to upvote faster as we don't have that Whale power to upvote. We aren't ignoring anyone.
We are a common middle class people who plan to do something good for entertaining people here, and we can only try to help others as much as we can. We made an investment of $3000+ from beginning and a $800 recently to purchase about 16000 SP in rent from blocktrades just so that we can upvote people who are participating. So we need to focus on active participants than people who haven't participated.
