Los Angeles Chinatown
Chinatown in Downtown Los Angeles,California was founded as commercial center for Asian businesses in Central Los Angeles in 1938. The neighborhood is renowned for various mouth watering Asian restaurants. One can also find unique shops and art galleries.Many movies have been filmed in the area.Pagoda-style buildings with red lanterns present traditional Chinese restaurants. Taoist Thien Hau Temple is a great example of Chinese architecture. Tourist flock from around the world to experience vibrant, authentic Chinese culture . Well established restaurants ,shops, boutiques attract people of all ages. There are a lot of festivals and events going throughout the year. The recent years have brought new businesses to the area and attracted many young startups. Hip new eateries in Chinatown have brought revival to the area. The town is served by Chinatown Metro Gold Line Station.
