I am seeking for a loan to help me with a setup my uncompleted studio room for recording lectures for Udemy and Unacademy. I am confident that It will give me good return. I have a little shortage of money right now.

Terms:

Amount: 250 SBD (preferably) or 250 STEEM
Interest Payment: 4% of loan amount, flat fee (~= 30 SBD)
I will repay funds to lender in the their choice (crypto)
