what really is a good life?
Do what sets your soul on fire..., they said
But what if the soul wants to stay at home and do nothing?
What if the soul is happy with that?
What if all i want to do is listen to music and paint, and listen to more music
and alienate the idea of ever leaving the house at all?
What if you are happy and content on the being on the comfort zone?
Yes i know the comfort place is disregarded by many.
You wont grow on the comfort zone most say but what if you feel adequate right there.
Advice aside what really is growth?
Is it really fundamental to human existence?
Is it growth or just mere expectations from the society
The same society that never cease to panel beat individuals into what it wants
Case closed
But then what if i am master of procrastination
what if am weird and awkward socially withdrawn
or just anti social but if feel alive at that time(my soul is on that fire)
And i am doing what i want and its making me happy.
What if my body and soul with its every cell and fibre
gravitate to the most destructive ways known to mankind
What if i chain smoke i overdrink and i am happy with that.
Will this life considered a life well lived or a life wasted?
Who is aggrieved(individual or society) if they are any and who is at an advantage?
Who decides if am living right ? Me or my community?
what is your view on this?

My thought is that if you are living the life that you desire, doing the work you are most passionate about, then you are living the best life possible. It doesn’t make sense that doing those things that are bad for your body and will kill you too early from this life is how your soul is happiest. However, who am I to say that it is or not? Just my opinion.... 😊
@mrscwin i like the :even it kills you: part, i think its better to die doing what you love than what you not, most people want to live a long boring life , longevity is what they want ,but what about enjoying life
