There are dozens of places, but as far as the ones I've checked, they all have a waiting list, and they all have the same "1/3 your income' as rent.
This new place promises to be nice, as far as a living space, which I
estimate to be about 30% more space than I have right now.
I'd be able to have my plants with me again (but not my trees)
My main objection is the congestion and the panhandlers.
