Yup, our litigious society. Nerf the world! Thankfully sanity is prevailing in some unknown percentage of locales. They are all over where I live in Oregon, near-ish to Portland. I enjoy adding books on occasion. I've had my "bookcase" as it were, for so long that I'd prefer the paperbacks get some more dog-ears than dust and sun-bleaching.
