Litecoin Reminder/New Update! LTC
Good Morning Steemit Community,
Litecoin is sitting at about $211 dollars at the time of this post. It's looking very hungry and trending to the upside.
Launch of the Litepay payment system IS scheduled for tomorrow, February 26th. This will have an effect on the price and everyone is hoping it's positive.
Litecoin is definitely one of my top holdings and I think it has huge potential.
Here is a list of the top 5 reasons I hold Litecoin:
It is scarce - I see how scarcity is working out for bitcoin and I believe we will see the same thing transfer over to litecoin.
Transaction Speed - For being a decentralized and mined coin I am loving how fast it transfers between my wallets and different exchange accounts.
Coinbase - Litecoin is on Coinbase! This means that it's well known and easy to convert into fiat currency. New users of cryptocurrencies will have easy access to a coin that is easily transferable between just about every popular exchange.
Development team - Litecoin is not owned by anyone, yet it has a great team behind it which will allow it to continue to develop and grow.
Litepay! I think this is going to be a game changer. The ability to spend your cryptocurrency anywhere Visa is accepted around the world. I think this move will increase cryptocurrency popularity and adoption.

We are on the same page. I noticed Litecoin trending slightly higher then the rest of the high caps for a while now. It definitely was already due for A increase after falling so far from third place without A good reason.

STOPat the moment im trying to make my litecoin 50% of my portfolio since i believe it can reach a 1000 by the end of the year i hope litepay pays out even not ill still invest in it since i love the coin.
