With the configuration as done above, there are 2 methods in accessing the website, namely HTTP and HTTPS, which for websites with HTTPS method will be more secure from the threat of hackers than using HTTP.
Because this created certificate is homemade then when accessing https://smkn.com then that appears is Security Warning as if we access the unsafe website. To continue to the website we select only option add exception on your browser. There are differences between free certificates, and those that are paid at once are verified. This difference is very clear when we are first open the url in our browser.For our own free certificate, it will look like this:
