People are saying things like "go win 7 until end of life then linux" this is why what is happening is happening in the linux world today.

If you are under the impression this is organic, you would be mistaken.

We literally live in a Meritocracy... that is how the world works.

you do good work, more people want to hire you.

you do shitty work, less people want to hire you.

be we want to change all that, because we don't have enough of on ethnic/gender/[insert random idea here] groups involved in some project.

well educate people from these groups to the level that they can contribute.

lower ourselves to their level so that they can participate... FUCK YOU.

I'll help you to learn to advance to a level that is necessary for participation.

I'll help you create groups that facilitate participation for learning to participate at the higher levels.
