New Etherium protocol modification — Lightstreams.

Founders present  Lightstreams as a solution for dApps development which solve issues with sharing stored data. MVP was presented in May 2017, full release possibly will be made in Q4 2018. But there are no business plan, no market data or strategy, ant project team looks incomplete. Because of this, ICObuffer team marks this project as negative.
