Mini Market Update - 16/03/18

Yesterday was the first day that the Lightning network went live on both BTC & LTCs main nets.

Generally, prices are the same as yesterday and at times slightly worse with coins like XRP falling another 3% vs USD.
Lisk is one of the only coins in the top 100 that has seen positive gains within the last 24hrs after the release of Lisk Hub 0.2.0. However, the coins that suffer the most in bear markets, tend to bounce back the most so keep this in mind if you're trading day-to-day.

Playboy is also set to introduce a crypto wallet for their users, ensuring privacy for their userbase.

The latter half of 2017 saw BTC dominance falling as alts gained more in popularity; partly due to BTCs fee crisis (which has now been solved). But ever since January, BTC has been reclaiming its dominance in the market and has now reached a two month high of 42.6%. With the introduction of Lightning yesterday, it'll be interesting to see how the alternative coins react.
