Uganda being the horn, future of Africa this gives credit to Africans as ugandans according to world bank reviews!

Uganda could have earned alot from various annual crops like coffee but the reverse is agriculture is hidered by top servants who tend not to fulfil the infrastructure like transportation is harder, high rate of debt financing is high which debts are not allocation on pro.lata basis.

The per-capita income its self is discouraging .poverty being order of the day. we still need a large fiscal space for the rise of the economy because our current revenue is less than 16℅GDP uganda is 14% too low.

The leaders tend also to embezzle the grants from abroad which is smaller 8% where our neighbouring countries like Rwanda,Kenya get 40%grants according to world bank analysis.

What escalates these!
.Failure to raise revenue by government, revenue in uganda is increasing 13 to 14%GDP.

.Government owner target is 16%to GDP

.Non tax revenues is 2%GDP

.Grants 8%less compare in 1996

.2.5% of items are exempted

.Revenue collection complicated.IMG_20180529_095428.jpgIMG_20180529_095428.jpgIMG_20171227_082321.jpg
