I WOULDN'T SAY BYE

It was just an "Hi"

That made me so shy.

His coat and tie

Looked like it had been love-dyed

At first, the affection was a tie

But soon,yours did die,

To talk to you I tried

All you did was heave a sigh

This one made me sad

To talk to you again I tried

You shouted like a sly

"Go to hell and die"

This wasn't what you are like

You used to be loving and kind

What happened and why?

What if one day I leave without a bye

You would run and never catch

This my affection you've carelessly detached

Maybe then you would realise

You've lost the moon among the stars

You've lost treasures money can't buy

You'd wish upon the stars

But see an empty sky

All mountains you would climb

Never would you find an eye

As loving as mine

You would swim the whole Nile

And barefoot walk lakes and Shrines

But you'll never find a pretty one as i

That would love you as you are

And never ask to be made for her

What if I leave without a bye?

Would you scream freedom and smile

Or will retire and cry?

Cause the sun will stop its smile

The cloud would block its shine
