Finding the best topic to write my blog

I am been thinking about starting and writing a blog for so many years but I am having difficulty to find the right and best topic to write about in my blog. There are so many areas of interest and zooming into the best and most rewarding topic to blog can be very discouraging and time consuming. So what I did was I purchased a ebook titled "A Lifestyle Blogger Guide by Marina De Giovani " for $5.00 and started reading in last night.

About 5-10 minutes reading it I fell asleep but one thing i remember she was saying that the first thing you need to do is to find the specific blog topic. Yeah, I know that but what is it?

One suggestion she mentioned was to find a subtopic with a niche and break it down to smaller topic. Ok..easy said than done.

I am in my golden years now but I wanted to do something to fill up my time and stop thinking about when I am going to die. My schoolmate just passed away last 5 days and the day before we just had a reunion of about 30 people and he was the one who cooked one the of the best porridge in town. Some comments I got from my friends was that he was just smiling all night with less talk and shaking everybody's hand.

He had a stroke in the morning and was send to the hospital immediately, The next day he died. It was a very sad day for all of us. Anyway life goes on and I can't stop thinking about my situation now whereby death can come anytime without any signs. One day you are with your friends and the next day God come and take you back.

Well, that's life and the life as a blogger is something that I want to pursue.

Last night I was with two of my best friends and we were having dinner. One of them was a long time blogger and a very good writer. His advise was to blog every day and I said "WHAT"..you want me to blog on a daily basis and he said "YES".

So this morning I am doing this, blogging my first article in Steemit.
