Full Body Workout From Home

I'm not a huge fan of always separating specific muscle groups. I feel that often leads to stagnation, at least for me. I like working out to move, and to feel good. Let me know what motivates you to work out.

Everything is is motion- all the way down to the subatomic level. I can understand the thoughts and mind-frame of "things will never get better" or "things will never change"- but these thoughts will manifest that feeling of being trapped. Let go of your thoughts- they are out of your control. Allow yourself to be open to love, and open to the greatness that you deserve!
