Today's Leadership. My Thought
Today, I bring your attention to the leadership position which must be fair and just in all cases in our society today. In any situation or position you find yourself as a leader, we should all make sure in our dealings with people who are brought to our part by fate just and fair. People don't just come to our path but pre-planned by the owner of this world.
Even in the family fold, as parents we must learn to treat our children with fairness and justness for them to be a good example in the society, otherwise, you will begin to find so much envy and hatred in them.
Looking at our country today, we have missed fairness and justness but we should not join them if we want our voices to be heard at the national level with purity thereby changing the way we think, live and work.
This unfairness and unjustness are the ones that are sinking our unity today.
It's not about getting rich at all cost while being unfair and unjust because there is no gain or happiness in being so rich and yet you are unhappy.
Do you want to be rich? Fine. For this factor ambition, you have chosen well. But remember that whatever money you gather through unfair sources is a burden on you.
All unjustly earned riches always end in a rush and all justly earned money rather stays longer and lasting with more in the bag.
If you specialized in making others cry, always remember that there are those who also exist just to make you cry at the slightest opportunity.
What is the moral lesson in my write up today, do your best and be the best you can ever be. Don't cheat others just to make wealth but rather carry everybody along on your way to the top so that when you fall, many will be there to lift you up again.
Together we soar high but divided we fall.
