Raw Mango Syrup Benefits and Recipes
Benefits:
Raw mango syrup is very beneficial for eliminating dehydration. Raw mangoes are rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C works against cold and heat related ailments like cold, excessive sneezing, cough, runny nose, fever, etc. Vitamin C improves skin, hair shine, prevents nail brittleness.
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped raw mango, sugar to taste, 4-5 mint leaves, 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon beetroot, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon crushed raw chilies, 1 pinch pepper powder, half a teaspoon roasted cumin powder, Cold water 3 cups, salt to taste.
Prepared System:
- Raw mango and 1 cup of water should be blended in a blender first.
- If the mango is smooth and blended, the raw mango syrup will be prepared by blending it again with all the other ingredients and the remaining water.
